Mets Atlanta

Atlanta Mets, who is yo Daddy?
Lost the last 5 strait to the best team in baseball …get your azz whipped for the 2nd nite in row 11-2 until the 8th last nite,,7-0 in the 9th..Now…you have pigeon hole ur self into a situation where you have to win tomorrow..54,000 ppl…Bobby cox honored, and Atlanta couldn’t get a hit by a Phillie’s pitcher that isn’t even in the regular rotation…and end up getting shut out…
fozzy if u have to ask then u know nothing about the NL east..last 3years of history or what the Atlanta Braves have done in the last month…
Awe whats wrong…team cant manage one win in their own stadium with the season on the line and the finality of Bobby Cox…Yes. the Atlanta Mets cause they fell apart just like the mets have for the last 3 years..The Braves and the Mets..like regular golfers on a Sunday and her comes Red shirted tiger woods and the choke is on..
Who the hell are the Atlanta Mets?
Edit – I have probably forgotten more about baseball history than you will ever know, Skippy.
So I’ll ask again.
WHO ARE THE ATLANTA METS?
EDIT – LMFAO.
Looks like they CAN win after all.
Not that I expect you to admit you were wrong or anything. My guess is you’ll be a little bit quiet for a couple of days.

1969 Miracle Mets $24.95 Every loyal New York Mets fan will welcome this opportunity to relive the 1969 season, the baseball campaign that transformed the hapless Mets into World Series champions. Steven Travers’s The 1969 Miracle Mets has it all: the team’s Lazarus-like awakening from being a National League doormat; their late 38-11 surge to win the NL East; their defeat of the favored Atlanta Braves to capture the pennant; and then their underdog Series victory over the powerful Baltimore Orioles, capped by that “You Gotta Believe” fifth game. The 1969 Miracle Mets even has a foreword by infield hero Buddy Harrelson. |
